A client in the medical industry approached Tube Methods to draw stainless steel chromatography tubing. We first used our expert research and development team to create a prototype of the 316 stainless steel chromatography tubing. Then, through our unique drawing technique, we were able to draw the tube while maintaining tightest tolerances of +/-.0003″. Our drawing method also allowed us to achieve below a 12 Ra finish without any post processing. The final product was tested, inspected and then shipped.
