Do you offer a quality guarantee?
At Tube Methods, we stand behind every product we ship. Our tubing is of the highest quality in the industry and is manufactured to AMS, ASTM, ASME, and Military Standards. Tube Methods is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certified and every tube is tested extensively for quality and integrity before ever leaving our facility.
Do you offer additional testing for critical applications?
We offer ultrasonic, eddy current, penetrant inspection, x-ray, and other testing. You can view a more extensive list of our available services and tests here. All tests are conducted on calibrated and certified equipment traceable to the NIST, in accordance to MIL-STD-45662A, ANSI/NCLS-Z540-1, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Can I receive a discount for large orders?

Can I receive a product sample before placing my order?
Since all of our products are made to order, it is not possible to send out a sample of the finished product before placing the order. In some cases, however, we are able to send out general samples of our products. Please contact sales if you would like to inquire about this service.
Do you stock certain materials and sizes?
No. Since we are a custom manufacturer, we order materials specifically for each project. This helps us to ensure your product is entirely yours, manufactured exactly to your specifications.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are evaluated for each order based on a variety of factors. This may include, but is not limited to, your prior payment history, the length of your relationship with Tube Methods, Inc., and your creditworthiness. Please contact us for more information.
What are your shipping terms?
Our products are shipped FOB Bridgeport, PA and can be sent worldwide. We are serviced by UPS, FedEx, and nearly any other shipping carrier. Customers have the option to use their own account or can have the costs added to the invoice.
What are your certifications?
We are ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 certified. We are also Nadcap certified for materials testing and heat treating of lab specimens. Through our partner company, Tech Tube, we hold an ISO 13485:2003 certification. View our certifications here.
